Yes. We are a fully licensed and insured company. We have high-end coverages, which are typical for offering commercial services.
We offer cash, check, credit card, ACH, and Venmo payments.
*Please note a failure to make a payment before the due date will incur an 8% late fee of the total bill.
*Please also note that online payments have a 3.5% surcharge convenience fee.
We offer a discount for military personnel. If you request three or more different services at once, then there is a multiple services discount.
While our business hours are 7 AM-7 PM (Monday-Friday), we may be unable to answer calls as we are likely maintaining another customer's property. If you are unable to reach us via phone, we encourage you to leave us an email or voicemail. We will return your calls and emails within 24 hours.
Yes. We typically take progress pictures of the before, during, and after stages of our services. Please notify us if you would prefer we not take pictures. Additionally, please notify us if you would like us to not post images or videos online of our services completed at your property. Your Outdoor Helper respects our customers' privacy.
